Proof of Vaccination Requirements

Fan’s age 12 and over must be able to verify they have received two doses (including one that could be administered on game day) of Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines (or a mixture of two) or a single dose of Johnson and Johnson to be permitted entry to Mosaic Place on game day.

Fans 18 and older, will be required to present photo ID matching the name on the vaccination record. Fans aged 12-17 will be required to show their vaccine record, but not photo ID. Fans under the age of 12 are exempt from the policy.

Stick it to Covid vaccine stickers will NOT be accepted as proof of vaccination

Proof of Negative Test

Anyone not meeting the vaccination requirement (1 dose, medical, personal choice) will be required to have an approved test completed no later than 72 hours prior to event time.

Rapid or PCR tests will only be accepted if completed by a certified clinic and documentation displays a fans name as matched by photo ID as well as the date of collection and results of the test.

Self conducted rapid or PCRtests will NOT be accepted.

Accepted Immunization Records

    • The COVID-19 Vaccination Record available through eHealth Saskatchewan's individual MySaskHealthRecord account, printed with our without a QR code, is the preferred vaccination record for entry to Mosaic Place, and will provide the smoothest verification process on game day. Mosaic Place recommends having a printed copy or screen capture on a smartphone ready for game day.     • SHA vaccine wallet card recevied at time of vaccination – needs to include the same name that matches the photo ID and the two doses received
    • Screenshot of MyHealthRecord, with our without QR code, saved to your device. 
    • Earlier version of MyHealthRecord vaccine certificate
    • COVID-10 Vaccine printout from Saskatchewan Health Authority public health
    • Other documents that can be accepted – Armed Forces record, and eligible out of province or country documents
    • PHOTO ID will be required for anyone over the age of 18.

Stick it to Covid vaccine stickers will not be accepted as proof of vaccination. In the future, a QR code MySaskHealthRecord vaccine certificate uploaded to SaskVaxWallet will be accepted. 

Vaccination Screening Options to Gain entry

  • The Vaccination screening Process will take place for entry into the game at starting at 5:30 pm.   Proof of Vaccination will be checked at the main entrance located along 1st Avenue NW, North Public entrance along High Street and Premium Level Entrance along 2nd Avenue

To protect the privacy of fans, Mosaic Place will not be retaining or storing any medical information or proof of vaccination from its ticket holders.

Vaccination Screening Process

  • Guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination as per the SHA guidelines
  • Guests will produce one of the listed acceptable forms of proof of vaccination
  • Event Service staff will verify by matching name on vaccination document to personal I.D.
  • Guests will then proceed through the doors to clear through ticket scanning and bag check.
  • Exit of the building will require a hand stamp. This hand stamp will permit re-entry and verify that a vaccination check has taken place.  Guests attempting to gain re-entry to game without a handstamp will be redirected back to security for vaccination screening. 

EFFECTIVE SEPT. 17 TH, 2021:

Masks are mandatory in all indoor space at Mosaic Place.  

Face coverings are not required for the following individuals:

    • Individuals aged two and under
    • Individuals aged three to twelve who are not reasonably able to wear a face covering
    • Subject to subsection (g), individuals who, in the determination of a health professional, are unable to wear a face covering due to a particular medical condition and have received written confirmation of same in accordance with subsection
    • Individuals who, due to cognitive impairment, an intellectual disability, or a severe mental health condition, are unable to understand the requirement
    • The following individuals, while speaking during a television or other media news interview or conference, but only when they can maintain a distance of three metres from other individuals: 1. Municipal, provincial, or federal government officials; and 2. Media broadcasters
    • Individuals who are leading a service, ceremony, or other public event while speaking from a podium, lectern, platform, stage, desk or other standing or seating area dedicated to speaking, but only when the individual can maintain a distance of three metres from other individuals
    • Individuals performing in a band or orchestra but only for the duration of the practice or performance; (viii) Individuals acting or performing in a film, television, or media production, for the duration of the scene or performance only, so long as they are subject to a proof of vaccination policy;
    • Individuals 18 years of age and older and on-ice or on-court officials while participating in sports activities, for the duration of the sport or activity only, so long as they are subject to a proof of vaccination policy; and
    • Individuals who are under the age of 18 years while participating in sports, for the duration of the sport only.

Face coverings are not required in the following circumstances:

    • Where the short-term removal of the face covering is necessary for the purposes of identifying an individual
    • Where it is necessary for an individual to uncover their nose, mouth, or chin for the purposes of receiving a health or personal service, for the duration of the treatment or service only
    • While seated and consuming food or a beverage in a restaurant, food court at a shopping centre or food store, bar, movie theatre or in any other location where food or beverages are served
    • While a child is seated and consuming food or beverage at the enclosed space
    • While providing personal support services to an individual with a disability if wearing a face covering could hinder the ability of that individual to receive the service, such as hindering that individual’s ability to lip read
    • While alone in an area of an enclosed setting, such as an office, to which members of the public do not normally have access
    • While seated alone in a cubicle, which is a single office workspace enclosed on at least three sides with partitions
    • In a courthouse or courtroom, where wearing a face covering poses a security risk.
    • In a proceeding before an administrative tribunal established by legislation or a court, where the decision-maker determines that removing the face covering is essential to ensure the integrity of the proceeding; or

Proof of Medical Exception

We can request the following for a mask medical exemption

    1. The name of the individual to whom the written confirmation of exemption applies
    2. The name of the issuing health professional; (iii) the telephone number of the issuing health professional
    3. The signature of the issuing health professional; and
    4. The date the written confirmation was provided. For greater certainty, the written confirmation of a particular medical exemption

Concessions and Bar locations will be open. Although we still accept cash...cashless payments are preferred. For your convenience we now accept payments out our concessions by Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay! SaskTix gift cards are also now being accepted

GBAC Cleaning protocols for the facility remain in place. Hand sanitizers are located around the facility.
