Proof of Vaccination Requirements
Fan’s age 12 and over must be able to verify they have received two doses (including one that could be administered on game day) of Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines (or a mixture of two) or a single dose of Johnson and Johnson to be permitted entry to Mosaic Place on game day.
Fans 18 and older, will be required to present photo ID matching the name on the vaccination record. Fans aged 12-17 will be required to show their vaccine record, but not photo ID. Fans under the age of 12 are exempt from the policy.

The COVID-19 Vaccination Record available through eHealth Saskatchewan's individual MySaskHealthRecord account, printed with our without a QR code, is the preferred vaccination record for entry to Mosaic Place, and will provide the smoothest verification process on game day. PHOTO ID will be required for anyone over the age of 18.

Vaccination Screening Options to Gain entry
The Vaccination screening Process will take place for entry into the event. Exact screening times will be announced closer to event date. Proof of Vaccination will be checked at the main entrance located along 1st Avenue NW, North Public entrance along High Street and Premium Level Entrance along 2nd Avenue.

Guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination as per the SHA guidelines.
Guests will produce one of the listed acceptable forms of proof of vaccination.
Event Service staff will verify by matching name on vaccination document to personal I.D.
Guests will then proceed through the doors to clear through ticket scanning and bag check.
GBAC Cleaning protocols for the facility remain in place. Hand sanitizers are located around the facility.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to: backpacks/oversized bags, audio and video recording equipment, cameras with detachable lenses or lens longer than 2 inches, outside food and beverage, bottles, cans, glass, coolers, helium balloons, animals or pets (except ADA, laser pointers, knives, drones, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cannabis, I pads, and all tablets, oversized bags/ purses larger than 14x14x, drugs and drug paraphernalia, and any other items deemed dangerous by venue management.
